Using ESLint to catch coding errors

- [Sasha] ESLint is well known for allowing you to pick or specify a style for your code, but common style guides also incorporate many of ESLint's error checking rules as well and it's important to understand the most significant errors that are being checked for and how to customize the configuration for your coding needs. By using ESLint to identify and flag potential errors in your code, you can make your deployment process even more efficient by catching bugs earlier in the process and cutting out some of the challenges that come with debugging. In my LinkedIn Learning course, I walk you through some of the most significant of ESLint's error catching rules. I also show you how to configure these for your use and share situations where you might not want to use them. I'm Sasha Vodnik, and I've been writing JavaScript since the browser wars of the '90s. If you want to write code with fewer errors and save time in your development process, I invite you to join me for this course on checking for syntax and logic errors with ESLint.
