- [Instructor] Every time we open up EAGLE, the first thing we'll be greeted with is the Control Panel window and from the Control Panel window we can access all of the different major components of EAGLE. You can see them all divided up here on the left, so let's talk really briefly about what each of these means. So first of all we have the Libraries. Now they're just like you'd expect but rather than checking out books, we'll use the EAGLE Library to borrow common electrical component definitions. Right below that is Design Blocks. So say, for example, you've made a design of 10 or 12 components and you find that it's useful to deploy that in multiple other designs. You can put that into a Design Block and then that'll function like its own singular part. So Design Rules and CAM Jobs are data that's coming from a particular manufacturer that has to do with the nature of their equipment.
