Adding interactivity in Google Web Designer is a rather interesting process. In many respects it is even more code-free than many other similar applications. Though coders can freely edit the code, designers can easily insert links and other content into their work. Here's how. Open the project you saved in the previous lesson, or if you're just jumping in here feel free to open the flight.html file in the GWD interact folder in your download. When the file opens, open the Components panel. So I'm just going to close the CSS open the Components panel. This panel contains a rather interesting range of components designed to make a designers life easier. The one we want is the tap area, component. Though the name suggests some mobile use, this component is used to identify the hotspot where the user clicks the mouse or taps the screen on their smartphone or tablet.
