Create parallax motion in Flash CC

When Apple banned Flash from the iPhone and iPad, Adobe followed up by suspending development of Flash in the mobile space. The result was a lot of people saw those two events as the death of Flash. Not quite. Adobe yanked Flash out of the mobile space for a number of reasons, and none of them involved Apple's decree. One of the reasons was simple. Developing a Flash player for every device out there just did not make business sense. In late 2013, Adobe answered the critics and doomsayers with a quiet release of Flash CC for the Creative Cloud that put Flash back into the web game. The solution was elegant and simple.
