- [Instructor] In this chapter we will take a quick look at some of the standard learning management system features, so you can get a better idea of what they look like. Remember that there are hundreds of different LMSs that exist and they will all look slightly different. I am going to use three different ones here. Including Canvas, which is right here. This is by it's structure and it's typically one used in an academic setting. We also have Litmos, which is typically used in corporate training settings. As well as Moodle, which is a highly customizable learning management system used in both academic and corporate settings. Now the first feature I want to point out is the ability to add and manage participants. Now this is something that is going to differ across different LMSs and will also depend on how the system administrator customizes it.
