Developing a lean learning approach

- Our employees don't have the time to go to training. Training takes up too much time. These are some things you've heard business leaders say. Essentially, they expect learning to be more efficient and less disruptive to employee workflow. This workflow efficiency is known as becoming lean. It's a management methodology you've certainly come across in your organization. Being lean is seen as a way to reduce costs. But those seeing it only this way have half of the story.
