- Now that you have everything you need to know about making great video content, the only thing left to do is to get out there and do it. Here are the next steps to get your project underway. Know your audience. Plan out your purpose and goal. Create an outline and a script. Gather the people and support that you need. Storyboard and plan out filming day. Consider attention resets and plan B-roll in advance. Film. Edit. Completion. But most importantly, remember who you're speaking to. Remember what the intention of your video is, what you want your audience to get out of this, and keep your energy up. After you're done watching this video, take the next step in the process and create a brain dump of ideas. It doesn't have to be perfect, but you just have to start somewhere. Oh, and just one more crucial step, have fun.
