How to present your data in numeric form

- Data visualization can make a significant impact on your reader's ability to understand your findings. Visual graphics and representations of data give you the opportunity to share complexity in a direct and concise manner. A bad visualization can cause unnecessary confusion, but a good visualization can bring a point home in ways text cannot. Some ways to use numeric data in your research study are tables, graphs or charts, or you can write the numbers out in text. These can be interchangeable and depend on the data as well as the complexity of the methodology. Visual data should always be able to stand alone. It doesn't require supplemental text only a title and the variables being measured. Let's take a look at some examples.
