- [Instructor] So no discussion of GMAT Essay would be complete without talking about the way that you write. In this video I will give you some ideas about the ways to improve your use of English. One of the ways you can improve your writing is by varying your sentence structure. So, if you write a string of simple sentences, it's not really very varied. If I said, "Employees who are involved in planning "will feel rewarded. "Also, employees involved in planning will be more likely "to work hard. "Finally, employees consulted for the company's plans "will provide unique insights." So, this is a little bit basic. What I could do is write a more complex sentence. Employees who are involved in planing will feel rewarded, will be more likely to work hard, and will provide unique insights. I'm kind of saying the same thing in one sentence, which is nice and by nature that makes it more complex and kind of more impressive English.
