- If you've ever been stressed, then you might have felt worried, forgetful, disorganized, or unable to focus. All of those things make it hard to learn. To counteract the effect stress has on your learning, let's try mobile strategies for stress management through self monitoring, breathing, and mindfulness. Learning itself creates stress in many ways. Taking tests, finishing big projects, giving a presentation in public, or not understanding a concept after several attempts. If you're not careful, you can create a stress loop that keeps growing. So let's do something about it. First, become aware of what causes your anxiety.
