- [Oliver] Hi, I'm Oliver Schinkten and welcome to this week's episode of Teacher Tech Tips. This week, I want to introduce a great website for finding images and photos that you can use when creating resources. One thing that I love about the digital age is that as instructors, we have the ability to create our own digital resources. From presentations to websites, flip classes, curated content, and more. Often when doing this, we need to find images to use and this can be a problem. I've seen many educators, as well as students, resort to doing a Google image search for a term. Let's say I want to use a picture of bacteria. I've seen many people simply go to Google, type in bacteria, click on images, and then use one of these images. Now you need to be careful. You can't simply take photographs or images off of the Internet and use them in your own resources. Not only can this be illegal and it's unethical, but it serves as a bad example for our students.
