- [Instructor] As an instructor, it's important to realize that you should be constantly evaluating and evolving your instruction. Oftentimes, as instructors, we have the opportunity to teach the same course, or offer the same training again at some point in the future. So, it's important to take note of which resources, assessments, and lessons worked well, which ones didn't work well, and adjust accordingly. Now, even if you won't be teaching the same course or training again, it's also important to continuously look to improve your instructional strategies. I love something that LinkedIn co-founder and author, Reid Hoffman, said in his book, The Start-Up of You, and that is that we are all in permanent beta mode. You shouldn't look at teaching something that you'll someday master and have completely figured out. All of us should be in a permanent beta mode, ready and willing to make changes when necessary.
