Using the exercise files

To follow along with this course, you'll need an account on either LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook so you can sign in to the test site of stateu.org Using this account, you'll be able to sign up for a free 30 day trial account on stateu.org where you'll create your own sub-domain and install an instance of WordPress. The site I'll be building throughout this course is located at mattia.stateu.org/env432 If you go to that address, you can browse through the completed site that we'll be building throughout this training. I'll be referencing a couple of special files during the training and those will all be made available to you on the About page. Throughout this title, we'll be syndicating some fictitious students' sites. You can also syndicate the same site, which will provide you access to all of the text and imagery that we'll be using throughout the training. Links will also be provided on the About page so you'll know where the students' sites are located. Let's take a quick look at some of those sites. The first site is Sera's Site. Her site is located at sera, that's spelled S-E-R-A, .stateu.org. You can browse through the content that we have posted for her. Then you can check out Jeff's site. His site is located at jeff.stateu.org. Once again, you can browse through that content that's located there. The next student's site is Kim's. She's located at kim.stateu.org. Next will be Blue Bird, and that's bluebird.stateu.org. And finally, there's Walter's Site and he'll be located at walter.stateu.org. I really encourage you to set up your own test account on stateu.org and follow along with the training so you can have the full experience of building your own open connected course with WordPress to use in your classroom.
