- [Instructor] If you find that you're using the same tags over and over again, maybe accessing a specific notebook or note on a regular basis, the easiest way to get back to those is to add them to the shortcuts area that appears up here in the top left hand corner. That's what we're going to do in this movie. For example, maybe productivity tips here are something I continually update. Every time I come across a new productivity tip, I like to go to this note and add to it. Well this is one I need to be able to access quickly over and over again. All I do is click and drag it from the snippet list right up here into shortcuts. When the word shortcuts is highlighted with that blue border I can release and that becomes a note I can access quickly just by clicking it here in shortcuts. You can see it's selected down below but it's also showing up over here on the right. If I go to a different note and go back to productivity tips up here, it's now selected. I didn't have to go…
