Add borders and effects to pictures

- We're looking at a worksheet called Borders, and we got three different images here: picture in the lower left, a logo above that, and a chart to the right, a chart that's been converted to a picture. And as we click the chart, notice that the Format tab is available on the ribbon. A picture style has already been chosen, but how about a picture border? Click this option here. Maybe you want this to be a red border, and you might be saying, "Well, where's the red border?" Well, possibly it's too thin, so we've got an option here for weight. It's pretty thin. Now, I haven't chosen any of these yet, but as I'm sliding downward, look at the chart to the left. You see the line getting thicker and thicker and thicker, and we can make the choice that way. Maybe that's the look we want to have. Similarly, over with the logo. Picture border, maybe we don't want that. How about a picture effect here? What can we do here?
