- [Instructor] When you create a pivot table playlist you record a series of macros and use VBA in combination with worksheet values to move through them. In this movie, I will show you how to create a macro that lets you move to the next position in your playlist. My sample file is 0703 advanced one. And that is a macro enabled workbook that you can find in the chapter seven folder of the exercise files collection. This workbook contains three worksheets and we're currently looking at the pivot worksheet which contains our pivot table. Sheet one contains the data in the form of an Excel table. And then there is the control worksheet. The control worksheet contains an Excel table which has a list of positions and descriptions. And then also in cell D2 which has selected the number of the current position. The positions table on the left is simply a guide for you. It doesn't figure into the VBA code at all. The idea…
