Assign a PivotTable macro to the Quick Access Toolbar

- [Instructor] Recording pivot table macros lets you run them by clicking buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar. In this movie, I will show you how to add a new button to the Quick Access toolbar, assign a macro to it, and also change the buttons appearance. Then at the end of the movie, I will show you how to remove the button for when you no longer need it. My sample file is 0702 Quick Access. And you can find it in the chapter seven folder of your exercise files collection. I'm displaying the pivot worksheet in this workbook. It contains a pivot table that is based on data from an Excel table in sheet one. I've also already recorded a macro to be used through a button on the Quick Access Toolbar.
