- [Instructor] On this worksheet, 2 we've got some sales in column B. 3 Now some of them are formulas 4 and we've got a division by zero entry here. 5 And what does that mean? 6 As I double-click to expose the formula, 7 even though we're not seeing the data, 8 it means that cell P9 has a zero in it. 9 You can't divide by zero. 10 Now we've got some other errors here, too. 11 Maybe it's a big list. 12 We don't have time to clean these up. 13 We do want a total out of column B, 14 but we'd like to ignore those errors. 15 So in cell E3, we're trying to do that. 16 We're trying to add up all the data in column B, 17 and so we get that error message 18 that means you can't divide by zero. 19 So we can't total these up, but we'd like to. 20 Now, by using a various combination of IF functions 21 and IFERROR functions, we could possibly come up 22 with a formula here, but it's going to be a lot easier 23 to use a completely…
