- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we see a list in column A, 2 all the states and D.C. 3 And it turns out that in this workbook, 4 we need to have a sheet tab for each state. 5 How long does it take to create a sheet name? 6 One quick way for a single sheet is shift F11. 7 We can do that a few times, select a bunch of 'em, 8 keep doing that, but that's only the creation part of it. 9 Then we've got to rename them all for these state names. 10 How long is that going to take? 11 We can do this very quickly 12 with a feature called pivot table, 13 and yet, we don't need to know anything about a pivot table. 14 In fact, we're not even using the essence of 15 what a pivot table is all about. 16 But there's a technique that we're going to show you here 17 that's amazingly fast. 18 So you must have a list available, first of all, 19 so copy this from any number of different locations. 20 We see this over in column A. 21…
