- [Instructor] The Quick Access Toolbar, 2 sometimes referred to by its acronym, QAT, 3 typically appears above the tabs in the Ribbon Menu system. 4 And initially it might have only a few buttons in it, 5 but you can customize it. 6 And the whole idea behind it is whatever buttons appear here 7 will always appear here on your screen as you use Excel. 8 One example could be a particular feature 9 that you're fond of 10 and maybe you're not aware of the keystroke shortcut. 11 Maybe it's found on not the Home tab, 12 but maybe on the View tab. 13 Here's a button that some of you might be familiar with. 14 It's called Switch Windows. 15 If you have more than a few workbooks open at a time, 16 it's handy from time to time 17 to be able to switch to another workbook. 18 And there's certainly keystroke methods for doing that, 19 but sometimes it's helpful to know which workbooks are open. 20 So if I click this button right…
