- [Instructor] Sometimes when you're working with a file 2 that has many sheets in it, you need to see 3 more than one worksheet at a time. 4 And also at certain times you might have different files 5 open and you might want to see different files at the same 6 time on the same screen. 7 So let's focus on the first idea. 8 There's a worksheet here that has many, many sheets. 9 As a general bit of advice, anytime you open a workbook, 10 particularly one you have not seen ever 11 or maybe in a long time, 12 in the lower left corner in the panel 13 where you'll see either two or four arrows right click 14 and you will get a vertical list of the sheet names. 15 If there are more than 20 16 and you're using the current version of Excel, 17 the scroll bar on the right hand side will become active. 18 And the top down order there does correspond 19 with the left to right order. 20 Even though a lot of these sheets are not related 21…
