- [Instructor] As we look at this worksheet, 2 you can see in column I that there are blanks. 3 Some people don't have benefits. 4 Now, it stands out. 5 I think you can see it pretty clearly, 6 but we can make it stand out in different ways too. 7 And there's another list off to the right 8 that has some blanks. 9 Let's talk about different approaches here. 10 One approach might be, 11 let's just put in a different word 12 every time we see a blank. 13 I'm going to click column I. 14 One way is to, from the Home tab, 15 go to the far right button, Find & Select, Go To Special. 16 And what do we see? 17 Blanks. 18 Click OK. 19 All the blanks are highlighted. 20 Now, you might be thinking, 21 "What about the entire worksheet?" 22 If we scroll to the bottom of this list, 23 do you see how the blank cells are highlighted there? 24 How about at the bottom?
