Format a list for double-spaced printing
- We're looking at a worksheet called DoubleSpacedPrint. And let's say we're about to print this, but we do want to allow since we are distributing it to multiple people, we want them to be able to have some annotation space, some mark ups occasionally. How does this look right now if we're about to print it? Control F2, quick way to get to Print Preview. There it is. This is how the data will look. Imagine it on a sheet of paper if it's single spaced, but we want spaces between these names. Possibly even a couple of spaces. We might want to do triple spacing even. Let's escape from here, and if we had only eight or 10 names and if we wanted to double or triple spacing, we could use this technique. I'm going to click row two. Now with the Control key held down, click row three, row four, row five, row six, and on and on and on. And then right-click Insert, we would be inserting rows to get this effect here. But doing this for 400 rows is not going to make sense, and any other manual…
