- In this worksheet called Hiding Titles, let's say we're ready to print this. Quick Print Preview, Control + F2. As I look at the data, I'm thinking that could be more interesting and not as overpowering if we didn't have to repeat the department names here. If I put Admin Training right here for example, and then have the other uses of Admin Training not show up here, it's going to look a little more interesting. And it's pretty obvious that they would all be in Admin Training anyway if we simply have that there once. So, let's press Escape to get away from Print Preview. The idea is let's not show this data. Let's not show the data here. Now, there's no standard way to do this, but the logic for doing this is embedded within the idea of Conditional Formatting. If we could somehow say if this entry is the same as what's above it, let's not show it. How could we do that? Let's begin by selecting all the data. Now, we could possibly click the entire column.
