- [Instructor] When you're dealing with 2 historical type data, 3 sometimes you want to tabulate the information 4 in what we call a cumulative way. 5 I've got a list here of some entries in Column A. 6 First of all, dates starting every month 7 from March 2010 onward and onward. 8 I'll just click one of these 9 and double click the bottom edge 10 all the way to the end of 2019. 11 Now, these possibly represent amounts, 12 maybe they're dollar amounts or maybe they're items, 13 maybe it's a small business. 14 This relates to so many items sold or it's dollars. 15 What we'd like to track here, first of all, 16 is whenever we have broken the previous record 17 we want to know if this is the highest. 18 So for example, 49 here isn't higher than the 57. 19 We don't want to see anything there. 20 This one is the highest. 21 So is this one, so is this one. 22 So, a lot of them are going to turn up, but some are not. 23…
