- [Instructor] Excel has well over 200 keystroke shortcuts 2 and there's a whole series of them 3 starting with Ctrl A all the way down to Ctrl Z. 4 Now, some of these are widely used, some are not, 5 but it's worth a look at all of them. 6 Two of them are not used at all, 7 so there are 24 keystroke shortcuts 8 we're about to talk about. 9 Ctrl J and Ctrl M have no keystroke meaning. 10 Usually when you see these listed at websites or in books, 11 you'll see something like Ctrl + A, 12 meaning hold down the Ctrl key as you click this letter. 13 Ctrl A has multiple meanings. 14 If you click in an empty cell with no data around it, 15 Ctrl A selects the entire worksheet. 16 That's going to be handy at times. 17 If you click where there is data 18 and there might be other data on the worksheet, 19 but separated from it, 20 Ctrl A means highlight all the contiguous data. 21 So I've clicked on cell B5, I'll press Ctrl A. 22 It…
