Manipulating PivotTable data

- We're looking at a PivotTable on the worksheet called Manipulating, in the workbook 14 - PivotTables. This is identical to the PivotTable you might have seen created in the previous movie. As we look at the Field list on the right-hand side, remember, the PivotTable Field list is typically anchored or docked. You can drag it out here. Sometimes this is handy because you want it closer to the data. At other times, you might find that it gets in the way. We can change the size on the top and bottom when needed too. Keep in mind, the lower portion of this is like a map of the PivotTable, and as you get more familiar with the concept of the ROWS area and the COLUMNS area and the VALUES area, and as you're working with the PivotTable, you see the relationship there. Let's imagine we're having a sales meeting and we've been talking about the numbers here, particularly the highs and the lows, but that discussion has pretty much run its course.
