- [Tutor] We're looking at the worksheet called Poor Design. And there's no question that we want to make some changes to this data if we want to work with it efficiently. First order of business might be, get rid of that empty row 12. Also that row 21. It's always best to work with your data that does not have empty rows within it. The data in column A, what's wrong with that? Well, in the certain sense, it's not wrong. And for a small list, you can easily find the names here scrolling up and down, but at a certain point, maybe 50 names or whatever, you can't find names easily. We're used to looking up names with last name, comma, first name, that's quite common. It's best for people's names to either have them in reverse order or to have them in separate column.
