- [Narrator] In Excel, 2 there are any number of different ways 3 to cut and paste data. 4 And many people use keystroke shortcuts. 5 And on this worksheet, on the yellow panel, 6 you see those well-known keystroke shortcuts, 7 Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V. 8 And by the way, if you're using paste special, 9 you can use Ctrl+Alt+V as well too. 10 But many times dragging data can be faster. 11 And when you drag data, you might be using the Ctrl key, 12 the Shift key, the Alt key, or in various combinations. 13 And in this green panel we see a list 14 of the various techniques you could be using 15 when you're moving, copying, inserting cells. 16 In this worksheet, I want to take the data 17 that's over in columns A through F. 18 I want a copy of this. 19 I'll simply highlight the data point to any edge, 20 probably the bottom edge, 21 right edge makes no difference really. 22 But as I'm dragging, I'll hold down the Ctrl…
