Understand chart subtypes

- [Instructor] On the chart data sheet of our chapter one concepts file, we've got a variety of different charts below the data. We've got a column chart, off to the right, a line chart, pie chart, and so on. Charts also have what are called subtypes. If I click the chart below the data the green background chart on the left side, if I'm forgetting which kind of chart this is I can go to the design tab. And it might not be on the path to changing the chart type, but if I click the button called change chart type we see the name of this particular chart. There it is, clustered column. But while we're here, what do we see to the right? Stacked column. Now we're likely to see the same kinds of terms when we work with bar charts. Next one over is 100% stacked column. Not nearly as widely used, but it has its uses. And then we see 3D clustered column, variations on this, stacked column, and there's that 100% stacked column 3D. And then one that doesn't have a counterpart for bar chart, 3D…
