- [Instructor] We're looking at a list 2 that has about 750 rows, an HR kind of list. 3 We want to make some changes to it, 4 some wholesale changes. 5 First of all, we want to change "Full Time" 6 so that it has a dash in it. 7 So, selecting column D. 8 And anytime you're about to replace data 9 or try and find data, 10 and you'll be using that find and select button 11 on the home tab, 12 it's best to narrow down the search 13 or the replacement area to a single column 14 or a group of columns 15 where the changes are to occur. 16 So, find and select the magnifying glass 17 that used to be binoculars. 18 Let's replace. 19 We want to replace "Time" 20 with what? 21 Tab dash time. 22 Now, I'm thinking full time 23 but maybe I'm ignoring 24 or didn't look closely enough to see 25 that "Half-Time" already has a dash in it. 26 So what am I saying? 27 Every time we see TIME replace it 28 with dash time. 29…
