- [Instructor] As a data entry tool, and potentially as an updating tool, you can use a feature called form. Now this feature used to be present in the menu system, but in Excel 2007, with its completely new redesigned menu system, we don't find the feature called form, and here's how we get to it. In the Quick Access toolbar. Now, most people keep this above the ribbon menu system. You might have it below, but on the right side of the Quick Access toolbar, you'll see a button, customize Quick Access toolbar. Click it, go down to more commands, and in the dialog box, choose commands from, you want to choose either commands not in the ribbon, which is a list of about 300, or all commands, a list of about a thousand. Either one of these. I'll click the first one and alphabetically listed, of course, you see the names here. We're coming to form, add it to the Quick Access toolbar. Click okay.
