- [Instructor] Excel has an outlining feature 2 that's valuable, 3 not only when you're working with the data yourself, 4 but also while making presentations, 5 and both of these features are found on the data tab 6 in the ribbon off to the right. 7 One of them is called subtotal. 8 You might be familiar with it. 9 The other two entries above relate to this feature as well. 10 As we look at this data here, 11 there's a lot of information on the screen. 12 I want to zoom back a bit, 13 and ultimately, we will see all 12 months. 14 The numbers will be substantially smaller at that point. 15 That's a lot of information. 16 Now, as you probably would guess 17 after looking at it for a little bit 18 and clicking here and there, there are some formulas here. 19 We've got tabulations in column E. 20 Here's a simple sum function being used, 21 and we see that over in column I and also over to the right. 22 Now, if you were making…
