- [Instructor] Sometimes you need to filter out data and put it on another sheet. And you can certainly do that using the power query editor. So for example, I've got all of my data here on this sheet, it's called All Data. But let's say I wanted to filter out Robert's sales and put those on this tab. I can certainly do that, and I'll show you how. First I'm going to go up to the data tab and I'm going to click from table range. Now in some versions of Excel you won't see this button on the data tab. Instead it will be on the power query tab. And if you don't see that tab, then you need to enable it. And if that's the case for you, check out the practice file called Get Power Query and it will walk you through enabling it. But with that said I'm going to click from table range and I'm going to go ahead and click okay. And that's going to create a table out of my data.
