- [Instructor] In Excel 2003 and in prior versions, 2 there was a feature called data form. 3 And one of its advantages 4 was the ability to see an entire record at once. 5 On this worksheet that we're seeing right here, 6 it only goes out to column K. 7 So that particular need may not be obvious. 8 You can also use data form as a data entry vehicle, 9 which has one advantage, as we'll see. 10 So how do we get the data form if it's no longer available? 11 Well, it is available, but in kind of a strange way. 12 We need to resurrect this feature 13 by going to our Quick Access Toolbar. 14 Now, you can either right-click the Quick Access Toolbar 15 and choose Customize, 16 or you can click the right most button, that drop arrow, 17 and choose More Commands. 18 And in this dialog box, not under Popular Commands, 19 but using the drop arrow, choose Commands not in the Ribbon. 20 And scrolling down here in the letter F, we…
