- [Instructor] In Excel, there's an easy 2 and quick way to find out if you have duplicates 3 within a given range of cells. 4 In this worksheet here, 5 we're trying to find out 6 if there are any duplicates in Column D. 7 And the fastest way to do this 8 is simply select the Column, in this case. 9 This is a list of over 700 entries. 10 We can go to conditional formatting on the Home Tab, 11 and as we slide into Highlight Cell Rules, 12 off to the right and down, Duplicate Values. 13 And immediately, and we might want to change the color scheme, 14 but we're seeing some results already. 15 And you can see in cell D6 and cell D12, 16 we've got the same entry 17 and obviously that needs to be corrected. 18 But by clicking OK, 19 we've finished the job here 20 and scrolling up and down, 21 we might see some others. 22 And note of course, 23 that sometimes a duplicate 24 could mean triplicate or quadruplicate, 25…
