- [Instructor] With Excel's Hyperlink feature, 2 you can set up links within worksheets, to websites, 3 to different worksheets within the same workbook, 4 to a range name, or even to another file, 5 or in effect, open another file, 6 say a Word file, Excel file, PowerPoint file, 7 something like that. 8 And if you simply type in a web address, 9 you automatically have a hyperlink. 10 For example, maybe I frequently use data 11 from the Census Bureau, 12 www.census.gov, 13 Federal Census Bureau. 14 As soon as I type a web address and press Enter, 15 an automatic hyperlink. 16 And if I click this, 17 we're quickly at thecensus.gov site, there it is. 18 I don't really need that right now, 19 but we can get there quickly and easily from that button 20 at any time. 21 Now, we've already created a hyperlink here. 22 If we right-click this hyperlink, we'll see we can edit it. 23 Now, the text to display is what we…
