- [Instructor] If you'd like to depict the data 2 in columns A and B by way of a chart, 3 you certainly could go to the Insert tab 4 and possibly consider a Column Chart. 5 Here's an option. 6 Try that. 7 And we see that there are positives and negatives, 8 and there's no question that this does show the data 9 in an accurate way. 10 Here's some negatives. 11 We see those being depicted in the chart. 12 If it is a column chart, 13 you might want to consider making the columns wider, 14 an easy change there. 15 Double-click any column. 16 That activates the Format Data Series dialog box 17 on the right. 18 And if these three columns are not already selected, 19 they are here. 20 You will see a choice called Gap Width. 21 To make that narrower, 22 this might make for a more interesting chart. 23 I'll change this down to 25. 24 I think that's a little bit easier to read, 25 but do notice that the labels here…
