- Excel has many keystroke shortcuts. 2 Some of the not so well known shortcuts 3 are displayed in a blue box 4 on the right side of this worksheet. 5 Let's imagine we're viewing this worksheet right now 6 and we want to see more data. 7 Maybe some of my coworkers are 8 looking over my shoulder. 9 We're trying to scan this data. 10 We'd just like to see more records on the screen. 11 We're currently seeing 25 rows right now. 12 I want to essentially hide the entire ribbon. 13 In other words, go to full screen. 14 There used to be a command on the view tab 15 called full screen. 16 It's no longer there, 17 but we can press control shift F1. 18 It hides the entire ribbon menu system. 19 Instead of 25 rows, 20 we're now seeing 32 rows. 21 Of course that will vary 22 depending upon your zoom factor. 23 How do we get back to normal? 24 This is what we sometimes call a toggle switch, 25 control shift F1. 26 We're…
