Configure web mailbox policies
- [Instructor] Outlook Web App policies also know as Use for Outlook on the Web, is a set of policies that allows us to decide as administrators what we want the user to be able to access. And this is one of those cases where the On-Premise Exchange 2019 server and the Microsoft 365 exchange options are basically the same. So if we go in the Exchange admin center to permissions and then Outlook Web App policies as you see here, we see our default policy. And we can add another policy if we want, but we can just as easily edit the existing policy. So if we click on features, we're presented with a lot of different features that we can check such as, under communication management we can allow instant messaging, text messaging, exchange active sync, and others.
