- [Instructor] Sometimes we need to add contacts to our Exchange server so outside vendors and contractors can be added to a group in Exchange so we can email them all at once without having to type their name in individually. We're in the recipients' mailboxes, and we're going to click on Contacts. In previous videos, we've created mailboxes, we've created groups, but we can't add in to either one of those a person who has an email address that's not in our accepted domain list. However, we can use Contacts for that. Let's say that we have a contractor coming in and we'd like to add a mail contact. So we'll click on Mail Contact, and the first name, we'll say this person's name is Greg, and the last name is Todd. So we see the display name is Greg Todd. Now, if we have the same person's name and our organization is Greg Todd, then sometimes we might want to add under the display name, Contractor, so that way we know the difference between the two. So under Alias, we'll just go ahead…
