- [Instructor] We're going to look at tracking a message using the Message Trace feature in Microsoft365, as well as the equivalent in the on-premise Exchange server. I'm going to send some e-mails so we have something to track. Already sent a Test1 to another user, now I'm going to send a Test2. So I've got two e-mails out. One to Jen and one to Matthew. Now if we go to mailboxes in the Microsoft on-premise Exchange server and then go to where it says mail-flow, we have what's called Delivery Reports. Now if we look at the Microsoft365 tab, we see under mail-flow, message trace. And they look very similar and that's because they do basically the same thing. So first we'll look at it in the on-premise Exchange server. And we'll click on Browse. And we'll say, "Let's search the administrator mailbox, "and let's look for e-mails sent to both Jen and Matthew." Click Ok. And now we'll click the Search box. And we see our…
