Manage transport rules
- We use Exchange mail flow rules, also known as transport rules, to look for specific conditions in email messages that go through our organization. And then we can take action on them. We can forward them, delete them, reject them. We can accept them. We can do all different kinds of things if our rule is set up for certain conditions. So, we're in mail flow and rules at the top and we're going to create a custom rule to start with. We'll click on Create a New Rule. Now, you can see a lot of other rules beneath it and those rules are all pre-configured to help take a lot of the work out for us which is great. Let's start out with that custom rule. So, we're going to call this rule "Custom" or you can call it anything you'd like. And here's our first condition. So, we're going to apply this rule if, we'll say the sender is, and a new box pops up and then we can see all the different senders. Now, if you want to choose…
