- [Instructor] We have a database availability group and we have a database that's being replicated between the two different exchange servers, exchange 1 and exchange 2. Now let's say that we would like to bring exchange 1 down for some maintenance. So what do we do? Well we don't want to have any interruption for our clients to connect to exchange server using Outlook or the Outlook web app. So we'd like to move the active server from exchange 1 to exchange 2 for our mailbox database. So what we'll do is we'll scroll over to the right and we see where it says database copies. And we see exchange 1 and exchange 2. Under exchange 2 we have the option so suspend, activate or remove. Let's go ahead and choose to activate. We'll choose yes. And now the call has been issued to move the database. And it's been moved successfully. Now that that's done, take a look at the right hand side once again and we see exchange 1 now has the option to suspend, activate or remove. And exchange 2 now…
