Adapting creative to Instagram and other placements
- [Instructor] Due to the way that Facebook's machine learning algorithm works, you want to give it as much data about a campaign as possible. That means only spitting out campaigns where absolutely necessary. However, sometimes creative that looks good in the Facebook newsfeed doesn't work on all other placements, like Instagram. Thankfully, you can make edits that apply by platform and placement pretty easily in the ads manager. So we click on Edit. We can go and preview what it would look like. So this is our ad in the Facebook newsfeed, and this is what it looks like on Instagram. If you want to see how it looks like in Stories we can click on here. We can see maybe we're not so happy with the way this looks. If we click on Edit, then we can make changes specifically just for this placement, Instagram Stories.
