- Now that you understand the benefits of a group as well as how to get one basically set up. Let's go through the rest of the steps and actually add people in. Now, we've got the project created. We've already assigned a name. You learned how to do that earlier. If not, you just go to Groups and click Create New and give it a title. We've also set the privacy controls here. Now what we need to do is invite people. So, if I want to invite my coworkers who I happen to be connected with on Facebook, I can add them in. Now, they're added in to the group. And I'll click Create. What it now does is set the group up. You'll see that we've invited people in. And there's a check box next to this. If you realize there's people you forgot in the future, just click Invite Friends. And you can continue to add them in to the group. Notice you could enter their name or invite them by email.
