- [Instructor] At a certain scale you have to start using software to automate and manage your campaigns. Usually when you hit about 50K spend per month. Of course, a lot of high-performance Facebook teams build their own software but that's not always feasible and why reinvent the wheel? Let's walk through the different tools you can use. We're going to cover three types of tools: number one is reporting automation which will help you save time monitoring performance, number two is campaign management so you can make changes quickly at scale, and number three is creative production, generate text image and video assets. Reporting automation is the act of getting all of the ads data out of Facebook, and the other platform you use, into a spreadsheet or data warehouse.
