Know your audience on social media
- [Voiceover] It's so important for you to know the audience for your content. If you don't know who's in the room, you don't know the sort of conversation to have. Start by asking yourself these questions, Is it public, that is, is the content you're putting out available for everyone else to see? Is it only your friends that will see that particular content, or is it to a private community or group? Each time, you'll behave slightly differently because of different context. So imagine you're having a conversation with your friends versus having a conversation with your grandmother, those two conversations might be about very different subject matters. By having a map of these territories, and understanding that you need to behave differently in different occasions, you'll be able to get the best result, and start to post and comment the right content.
