- [Instructor] Dynamic product ads are one of the highest performing ad formats for e-commerce. The ads are automatically created for each product and shown to users based on their browsing history. However, they do take a bit more setup than normal ads. We're not going to go through the full implementation here; we're just going to cover the basic building blocks you can use to understand how this works. First thing to know is that you need to pass content IDs through your tracking so Facebook can associate the people who are browsing your website, what products they're browsing, and then tie that back to the product catalog that you've also sent Facebook. So, for example, this is a call to Facebook Add to Cart. So, when someone adds to cart, you need to pass what are the product IDs that the person has added to cart.
