Most of the time, we think about social media as a place to go scrolling until we find something interesting and relevant, which is great, but it's not focused or proactive. If you know what you're looking for, there are some easy ways to search out information that will be really helpful to your business. Let's say, for example, your ideal customer has an office manager and it's them that gets asked to find products and services to make life in the office better. That office manager is heavily involved in the decision-making process, so as a business, it's our task as marketers to find them on social media, make them aware of our business, and start having conversations.
